Design
Probably the most important part of our products. Nets must not
only fit the opening of your boat, but must be designed around the attachment
points, with consideration of the stresses involved. All of our nets
are designed on a CAD system where we take into account all of the opening
dimensions, including curves, rounded or cutback corners, attachment
point locations, and attachment methods. In some cases we use 3D design
to determine the actual shape of the net on the boat. This allows us
to send you a detailed drawing for conformation before we build the
nets. Confirmation is important even on production boats where we already
have detailed information, as boats from many builders vary within the
model.
