Net Hammocks & Hammock Netting Built for the Water
A net hammock from Sunrise is not a rope hammock hung between two posts. It is a tensioned hammock net stretched across a frame,
a dock opening, or between structural points, so it stays flat and stable and is big enough for two or more people to lie side by
side. Because our hammock netting is the same knotless, marine-grade material we use on offshore catamaran trampolines, it drains
quickly, dries fast, and stands up to sun, salt, and fresh water year after year.
Every net hammock we build is custom sized to your space. Choose open, mesh, or web netting in Dyneema or polyester, and pick
from 4-sided, 3-sided, cantilevered, or triangle framing (see Design Ideas above). Our proprietary UV resistant coating ensures you

How much does a dock net or net hammock cost?
Price depends on the size of the net, the netting material, and the framing. See our architectural netting pricing page for example
projects, or request a custom quote for an exact price.
How long does a custom hammock net take to make?
Most custom orders of fewer than three nets are completed in 4 to 6 weeks. Web nets typically take 9 to 12 weeks, and large resort
orders (more than 20 nets) about 12 weeks. Rush production is available when our schedule allows.
Can I install a net hammock myself?
Yes. Most of our customers install their own nets using our installation instructions and attachment hardware, and our netting
engineers are a phone call or email away if you need help.
Will hammock netting hold up outdoors year-round?
Yes. Our outdoor netting is marine-grade and UV-coated, drains quickly after rain, and is covered by the World's Best Netting Warranty.
