Shipping Terms & Conditions
Prices listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. There is no dollar minimum for on-line orders.
Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code.
The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart. Our
shipping charges are automatically generated at time of purchase. Should the algorithm have an error such that an egregious error is made in
calculating the shipping charges we reserve the right to notify you with the corrected shipping charges and offer a refund should you so desire.
We attempt to find the most reasonable shipping rates, but cannot guarantee that we always do. We do pass on a home delivery shipping charge of $4.00 and
we add a shipping & handling fee of $5.00 - $15.00 per package depending on the complexity & size of the order to cover time packing and shipping materials.
While we can sometimes ship in stock items on the same day as the order, most are shipped next day. Items that require some preparation (track, vinyl coating,
etc.) can take 1-2 days to ship. Made to order items will typically ship on or before their ship date, however, as we are estimating long lead time items ship dates can
be as much as 7 days after the ship date. In order for custom items to hold to their ship by dates it is imperative that we have timely responses to drawing approvals
and measurement requests. Significant delays to these items (> 1 week) can lead to delays in product completion and shipment.
Any claims for shortages or goods damaged in shipment must be made within 3 business days of shipment arrival.

Return Policy:
Stock items can be returned within 5 days of receipt for a 20% restocking fee so long as they have not been installed.
Non-stock items are not subject to return due to custom element of manufacture. Return shipping to be covered by Sunrise
Yacht Products should be be responsible for an issue/need to return. Return shipping to be covered by customer otherwise.
For what it is worth it is exceptionally rare that a customer has any desire to return a product and we're always available
to discuss any issues or concerns you might have!
