Looking to add a modern and exciting twist to your living space, vacation rental, or resort? Sunrise Yacht Products designs
and builds loft nets, hammock floors, and house netting that turn unused overhead space into a place to lounge, read, and play.
Every loft net is custom made from the same knotless, marine-grade netting we have engineered for catamarans since 1987, so
durability and safety are built in from the start. From a cozy loft net hammock to a walkable net floor across a mezzanine, or a
lofted outdoor net for a resort, we design stunning home nets for projects ranging from small lofts to high-end custom builds.
A Few Companies We Work With
Hammock Floors & Walkable Net Floors
A hammock floor is a tensioned net stretched across an opening in place of a solid floor: over a stairwell, between loft beams,
across a mezzanine, or above a living room. Unlike a simple hanging hammock, it stays flat and taut, so you can walk across it, lie
down anywhere on it, and share it with the whole family. Light passes straight through, so the room below stays bright.
Every hammock floor net we build is designed for your exact opening and how you plan to use it. We help you choose the netting
material, color, overall design, and supply the measurements, hardware, and instructions to install it. Popular projects include
hammock floors in kids' bedrooms, reading nets over a bedroom, catwalks between lofts, and hanging net lounges in open-plan homes.
Why Loft Nets, Hammock Floors & Play Nets?
Expand Your Horizons with a Loft Net Hammock
Imagine unwinding in a breezy loft net hammock, safely suspended above your living room or outdoor deck. A well-built loft net lets
you soak in panoramic views while freeing up valuable floor space. Curious about loft net cost or design possibilities? Our team guides
you every step of the way to ensure a perfect fit.
Save on Renovations with Mezzanine Netting
Replacing heavy flooring with mezzanine netting creates an airy vibe without a big construction bill. A well-designed net mezzanine
extends your usable living area and allows natural light to flow between levels, ideal for open-concept homes or offices looking to
achieve a modern, spacious feel.
Inspire Creativity with a Playroom Net
Installing a playroom net instantly transforms any kid-friendly space. The open, suspended net design keeps floors clutter-free while
encouraging imaginative play. Parents love being able to keep an eye on children from all angles without sacrificing style or comfort,
and kids never tire of finding new ways to play on them.
Blend Style & Strength with Architectural Netting
As a leader in architectural net solutions, we craft striking architectural nets that balance form and function. Ideal for homeowners
and architects alike, our net systems serve as eye-catching focal points while being comfortably functional. From netted rails to loft
net nests to mezzanine overlooks, we’ve got you covered.
Indoor vs. Outdoor Lofted Nets
Most people picture loft nets indoors, while
dock nets are already popular
outdoors. A lofted net, however, can be a striking & comfortable architectural addition indoors or out. The main difference between them
is netting material selection for durability. An outdoor net can work well indoors, but most indoor nets will perform very poorly outdoors,
as UV can quickly damage them and create a safety hazard.
An example of catastrophic failure due to UV damage. We design our outdoor nets to protect against this in a way nobody else does.
Key Features of Our Loft Nets, Hammock Floors & Play Nets
Marine-Grade Quality
Sunrise Yacht Products draws on nearly four decades of marine netting experience. Our netting handles heavy loads and resists
UV damage for long-term reliability outdoors, and the same strength goes into every ceiling net and walkable net floor we build
indoors.

Every space is unique, so we customize house netting and home nets to match your exact layout and style. Want something
adventurous like a treehouse net or a hammock floor over your living room? We’re here to help you achieve your most creative

The same netting we build for catamaran trampolines and outdoor dock nets works just as well in an indoor loft. Interested in a

What Our Customers Are Saying
Fantastic product and top notch customer service! We had a custom breeze bed made for our Airbnb
(Blue Heron Haven) on High Rock Lake, NC. It turned out perfect, and the feedback has been outstanding.
Definitely a high quality item. We chose the 3/8” offshore net, and it’s comfortable. I’ll be returning
if and when we begin our next project. Thanks again!

Benefits of Net Floors Over Solid Floors
Light & Airy
Opting for an architectural net lets sunlight filter throughout your space. Unlike solid floors that block natural light, architectural nets
keep everything open and connected, creating a visually dynamic environment. Counterintuitively, if you want the net to blend in and feel more
transparent, select a darker color.
Engaging & Interactive Design Element
Whether minimalistic or bold, architectural netting stands out. Show off your elevated loft nets as a conversation piece that seamlessly combines
style, comfort, and functionality. More importantly, enjoy using them as your personal nest overlooking your home or backyard!
Reduced Material Costs
While this shouldn’t be your primary reason for using netting, installing house netting or a ceiling net often requires fewer structural materials
than adding a full second floor. Our proven netting materials are cost-effective, incredibly strong, and easy to maintain.
Meet The Sunrise Difference
At Sunrise Yacht Products, we’re more than an architectural netting supplier. We’re design pioneers in tensioned netting, building
everything from loft nets, hammock floors, and home nets to catamaran trampolines. Whether you’re envisioning a house loft net, an indoor
suspended net hammock bed, a cozy reading loft net, or even a spectacular
treehouse net or canopy net,
we’ll guide you from concept to completion. Large-scale projects, like multi-tiered net floor systems, are also within our design capabilities.

Loft Net & Hammock Floor FAQ
Can you walk on a hammock floor or loft net?
Yes. Our nets are tensioned and engineered for the load you specify, so you can walk, sit, and lie on them.
How much does a loft net or hammock floor cost?
Cost depends on the size of the opening, the netting material, and the framing. See our example pricing page for typical projects,
or request a custom quote for an exact price.
How long does a custom loft net take?
Most custom orders of fewer than three nets are completed in 4 to 6 weeks. Web nets typically take 9 to 12 weeks, and large resort
orders (more than 20 nets) about 12 weeks. Rush production is available when our schedule allows.
Can I install a loft net myself?
Many customers do, using the measurements, hardware kits, and instructions we provide. If you need installation support, we can often
assist in Florida or help you find a local installer.
