Sunrise Net Coating is a highly elastic vinyl coating that we use on our polyester and nylon nets. We have developed this coating over many years to maximize its abrasion resistance while at the same time retaining enough flexibility to avoid cracking as it ages. Sunrise Net Coating uses non-fading pigments to block UV rays and greatly enhances the durability of netting. Our coating is a Non-Hazardous, water based product, that can be shipped ground or air. It can be applied by brush, roller, spray or by dipping, to uncoated nylon or polyester nets or to nets previously coated with Sunrise Net Coating. Coverage for Re-Coating previously coated nets runs approximately 300 sq ft per gal for one coat on one side of the net. Coverage on uncoated nets will be considerably lower and may require several coats.
